Police: Suspect In Rape Of 10-Year-Old Brooklyn Girl In Custody
NEW YORK (CBSNewYork) -- A man suspected of raping a 10-year-old girl in Bushwick back in October has been arrested.
Edwin Caizaguano, 24, was arrested in Saint Paul, Minn. by the NYPD's Fugitive Apprehension Team Monday, police said.
The attack happened inside a home on Moffat Street on Oct. 19, police said.
The girl is recovering, but police said she needed surgery after the assault.
Caizaguano also goes by the name Patricio Caizaguano.
