Police Seek 3 In Lower East Side Elevator Robbery

NEW YORK (CBSNewYork) -- Police on Monday were searching for two men and a woman who allegedly robbed a man in an elevator on the Lower East Side.

Around 11:10 p.m. on Saturday, Nov. 23, the 45-year-old victim was getting out of an elevator in a building near Henry and Clinton streets when one of the male suspects grabbed him from behind, police said.

The other two suspects then stole unspecified items from the victim and all three ran off on foot.

The victim was left passed out on the floor of the elevator.

Police have released surveillance photos and video of the suspects.
