Police Searching For Suspect Who Tried To Steal Packages From Brooklyn Building
NEW YORK (CBSNewYork) -- Police are asking the public for help in finding a suspect wanted in connection with a burglary in Brooklyn.
According to authorities, the suspect went into an apartment building in Bushwick and stole multiple packages from the lobby area that belonged to residents.
Police said the suspect was stopped by Good Samaritans, at which point the man dropped the packages and fled on a bicycle.
Authorities described the suspect as a black male, between 150 and 180 pounds and about 5'8" tall.
