Police Search For Suspect Who Sexually Assaulted Woman In Midtown
NEW YORK (CBSNewYork) -- Police on Monday night were asking the public to help them find a man who sexually assaulted a woman in Midtown.
Around 3:30 a.m. Sunday, the 20-year-old victim got out of a yellow taxi cab at an unspecified address on East 58th Street, and was grabbed from behind, dragged into an alleyway and sexually assaulted, police said.
The suspect was described as a black male between the ages of 35 and 40, standing 6-foot-2 and weighing 190 pounds. He was wearing dark clothing.
Police have released a sketch of the suspect.
