Police Search For Suspect Wanted In 5 Sex Assaults In Brooklyn
NEW YORK (CBSNewYork) -- Police are looking for a sexual predator who they say has attacked at least five women in three Brooklyn neighborhoods since March.
The latest incident happened last Friday night as the victim left the Prospect Ave. subway station around 8:30 p.m. Police said the woman was jumped from behind but managed to fight the attacker off.
The same man is believed to be responsible for at least four previous attacks in Park Slope, Bay Ridge and Sunset Park.
The first attack, which occurred on March 20, was captured on surveillance camera. The video shows the woman fighting off her attacker after he grabs her from behind.
The suspect is described as a Hispanic man, 25 to 30-years-old, 5' 7", 165 pounds.
