Police Search For Man Who Held Up Livery Cab Driver In Harlem
NEW YORK (CBSNewYork) -- Police on Saturday were asking for the public's help in finding a man who robbed a livery cab driver in Harlem this week.
The robbery happened at 10:35 p.m. this past Thursday, police said. The suspect hailed the livery cab at 134th Street and St. Nicholas Avenue, opened the back passenger door, flashed a handgun and demanded cash from the driver.
The driver handed an unknown amount of cash, and fled the scene, police said.
The suspect was described as a black male standing about 5 feet 6 inches tall and weighing about 135 pounds.
