Police Search For Hit-And-Run Driver In Brooklyn
NEW YORK (CBSNewYork/AP) -- The NYPD was looking for a driver who left the scene after mowing down a pedestrian at a Brooklyn intersection.
The accident occurred around 9:15 p.m. Sunday at the corner of Atlantic and Franklin avenues.
Police said the 51-year-old man was struck by a white Jaguar. He suffered a head injury and was said to be in "extremely critical condition" on Monday.
His name was being withheld.
