Police Search For Burglars Who Struck Morris Heights, Bronx Building
NEW YORK (CBSNewYork) -- Police on Sunday were asking for assistance from the public to find a man and woman who burglarized an apartment in the Morris Heights section of the Bronx.
The burglary happened on Friday, March 22, at 1759 Montgomery Ave. in the Bronx. The pair broke in sometime between 1:50 and 7:30 p.m. and took unspecified items, police said.
Police described the suspects as a man wearing a dark-colored hooded sweat shirt and a woman wearing a tan jacket and a blue hat.
Police have released surveillance photos of the suspects walking through the building lobby and out the front door. The man is seen hauling a digital TV, while the woman follows behind with a large bag.
The pair then walks back into the building.
