Police Search For Attempted Rape Suspect In Queens

NEW YORK (CBSNewYork) - Police in Queens are searching for a man accused of attempting to rape a 15-year-old girl.

Police say on July 12, 2014 around 11 p.m., the suspect struck up a conversation with the victim near 109 Road and Farmers Boulevard. He then began choking the victim until she passed out and attempted to rape her, police said.

The suspect then took off.

He is described as a black male in his early 20s with a tattoo on the right side of his neck and arm. He was last seen wearing a red Adidas shirt and red Adidas track pants.
