Police Release Sketch Of Suspect In Montclair Shooting

MONTCLAIR, N.J. (CBSNewYork) -- Police have released the sketch of a man suspected of shooting four people in Montclair last month.

The shooting happened on Aug. 6 around 1 a.m. on Mission Street.

A young woman and three young men were walking together when the suspect suddenly appeared and shot each person once, police said.

Naji Love, 18, was shot in the chest, Terrill Vaxter, 20, was shot in the arm, Timear Haley, 18, took a bullet in the buttocks, and an unidentified 17-year-old was wounded in the leg, police told CBS 2's Weijia Jiang after the shooting last month.

All of the victims survived.

Police said the suspect knew all four victims and believe it was a targeted shooting.

The investigation is ongoing.

A $5,000 reward is being offered for information leading to an arrest in the case.
