Police On Lookout For Man Who Flashed Woman On Subway
NEW YORK (CBSNewYork) -- Police on Wednesday were asking for assistance from the public in finding a man who flashed a woman on a subway near Times Square.
The man was riding a Queens-bound R train near Broadway and 42nd Street around 11:20 p.m. on Feb. 27, and exposed himself to a 26-year-old woman, police said.
The woman took a cell phone photo of the man, who appeared leaning against the partition between the doors and a bank of seats and staring to the side.
The suspect is described as a black male between the ages of 40 and 45, wearing all black clothing and a black ski cap. He was carrying a FedEx envelope, which he used to conceal himself, police said.
