Police: Man Wanted For Beating Dog Inside Harlem Elevator
NEW YORK (CBSNewYork) -- A man is wanted for animal cruelty after he was caught on surveillance video beating a dog inside an elevator in Harlem.
It happened at the Wagner Houses on East 120th Street around 11:30 a.m. on Aug. 26., according to police.
In the video, a man can be seen hitting and kicking the medium-sized dog multiple times.

A $2,000 reward is being offered for information leading to an arrest and conviction in the case.
