Police: Man Sought For Assaulting Q Train Conductor In Brooklyn

NEW YORK (CBSNewYork) -- Police are searching for a man who they said assaulted a subway conductor in Brooklyn.

It happened just before 6:30 a.m. back on Nov. 29 in the Dekalb Avenue station.

Police said the suspect walked up to the conductor who was working on a Q train and struck him in the face. He then fled the scene, police said.

The conductor refused medical attention.

The suspect was seen on surveillance video. Police describe him as a Hispanic man between the ages of 30 and 40, about 5'6" tall with black hair.
