Police: Man Robbed, Attacked By Group Of Men In The Bronx
NEW YORK (CBSNewYork) -- Police are looking for a group of suspects wanted for robbing a man at gunpoint in the Bronx.
The incident occurred around 4 a.m. Sunday at the corner of Frisby Avenue and Saint Peters Avenue in Parkchester.
The victim was walking home when a suspect wearing a ski mask threatened him with a gun and demanded money, police said.
Five more suspects, all wearing either similar masks or hoods, quickly moved in, forcing the victim to the ground and kicking him in the head, police said.
The suspects took off with the victim's phone and money, police said.
The victim was treated for head injuries.
Police said the armed suspect was last seen wearing a black ski mask, black baseball hat, black sneakers, red hooded sweat shirt and gray sweat pants.
Descriptions of the other suspects were not available.
