Police: Students Caught L.I. Gym Teacher Looking At Porn
GLEN HEAD, N.Y. (CBSNewYork) -- A Long Island physical education teacher was released without bail Saturday, on charges that he watched porn during school hours and got caught by four students.
As WCBS 880's Sophia Hall reported, Aaron Kozlowski looked exhausted as he left the Nassau County First District Courthouse in Hempstead with his fiancée by his side. His mother and three attorneys were also in court, 1010 WINS' Carol D'Auria reported.

The 31-year-old gym teacher, who works in Glen Head, Long Island, at North Shore Middle School, has been suspended from his job after four students said they walked into his office and saw him watching porn on his computer and touching himself.
Four of the students were 12, and one was 13, Nassau County police said.

The students just recently reported the incident, and Kozlowski turned himself in to authorities.
He stood charged Saturday with four counts of endangering the welfare of a child. But attorney Rick Ostrove said the allegations were categorically false.
"I think that at least one of the kids has something against him, and that he so much said so to other teachers who will be witnesses to that," Ostrove said. "They're middle school kids. They make things up. But they're not true."
Kozlowski has no arrest record, and is set to get married in June. Ostrove said his client has also received only positive feedback at the school until now.
"My client's been there for nine years and has never done anything wrong. He's never seen anything but positive praise," the attorney said.
Ostrove said some of the students have been overheard saying they "hate" Kozlowski.
Meanwhile, two of the four students have also retained their own attorney, who said the students have received hand-written death threats in their lockers.
"Until we know who issued those death threats, they will remain frightened, "said the attorney, Peter Bongiorno.
Bongiorno told D'Auria the students have retained legal counsel because they felt the school was not taking the matter seriously.
Kozlowski has said he has no idea who is responsible for the threats.
While he was released without bail, Kozlowski did have to sign an order of protection that compels him to stay away from the children who caught him, and he has been suspended from work.
