Police Find All Survivors Of Bronx Casino Bus Crash
NEW YORK (AP) -- New York state police say they have found all the surviving passengers who were on the casino bus that crashed last weekend in the Bronx, killing 15 people.
They're still looking for other witnesses, however.
Police said in a statement Friday that they were still conducting interviews with survivors.
They said they want to hear from anyone who was traveling on Interstate 95 near the site of the Bronx crash at about 5:30 a.m. Saturday.
Police have not released results from drug and alcohol tests of the bus driver's blood. A spokesman for the National Transportation Safety Board said he had no new information Friday about the driver's contention that he was clipped by a passing tractor-trailer.
The state began a statewide tour bus inspection on Thursday.
