Police: Boy, Dad Who Took Him From NYC Found In NJ
NEW YORK (CBSNewYork/AP) -- Police say they've found a missing 3-year-old boy and his father who took him from his mother in New York City.
An Amber Alert had been issued Friday night for 3-year-old Ferrari Tiesto Stojka but was canceled early Saturday when he and his father were found in Elizabeth, New Jersey.
Police say the toddler's mother called 911 saying she was assaulted in Brooklyn's Midwood neighborhood and the boy's father, 34-year-old Jacob Lasco, took him and fled.
Police say the 3-year-old was in good condition when he was found. Lasco is in custody.
