Police Arrest Brooklyn Man On Charges He Exposed Himself On Subway
NEW YORK (CBSNewYork) - A man accused of exposing himself to a woman on the subway has been arrested on charges of public lewdness, according to police.
The incident happened on Wednesday, police said, when Joseph Theodore, 52, allegedly exposed himself and touched himself on a southbound 2 train at the Atlantic Avenue station in Brooklyn.
A 28-year-old woman took cell phone video of the incident and exited the train at the next stop, police said.
The video led officers to Theodore of Brooklyn, who was arrested Sunday morning.
