76-Year-Old Man Killed In Paterson House Fire
PATERSON, N.J. (CBSNewYork) – Authorities have identified the victim of Tuesday's deadly fire in Paterson, New Jersey.
The flames broke out shortly before 7 p.m. on East 26th Street.
Russel Mahan, 76, lost his life in the blaze.
No other injuries were reported.
It's unclear how the fire started, but investigators said downed power lines on the home fueled the flames.
