Fire At Abandoned House Forces Evacuation Of Nearby Home In Paterson
PATERSON, N.J. (CBSNewYork) -- A fire at a vacant home in Paterson, New Jersey forced the evacuation of a nearby residence Friday morning.
The fire broke out around 6 a.m. in an abandoned house at the corner of Governor and Paterson streets.
The home next door was evacuated due to excessive heat.
No injuries have been reported.
The cause of the fire is under investigation.
