Passaic High School Teacher Accused Of Sexual Misconduct
PASSAIC, N.J. (CBSNewYork) – A high school teacher in New Jersey is accused of engaging in sexually inappropriate conversations and behavior with two former students.
Passaic High School teacher Jose Maria, 39, was arrested Wednesday.
Authorities say the alleged victims, who are now adults, were teenage students at the school when the incidents took place between 2010 and 2012.
Maria faces four counts of endangering welfare of a child and one count of official misconduct.
