On The FAN: Jets' Cotchery & Giants' Rolle
NEW YORK (WFAN/AP) -- New York Jets wide receiver Jerricho Cotchery joined Joe Benigno & Evan Roberts on Tuesday to talk about Gang Green's hot play of late.
The offense ran all over the Bills on Sunday, racking up 273 yards rushing, including 133 by a revitalized LaDainian Tomlinson.
"The scouting department and the coaches, they hit it right on the head. They felt like [Tomlinson] had a lot left, he just needed a line to run behind," said Cotchery. "We know we have a great offensive line over here... he's done a great job so far."
Also vital to the Jets' performance this season, according to Cotchery, are the traveling fans.
"The Jets fans are right there behind the bench, they're so loud," Cotchery said. "That helps a lot when we're on the road."
Cotchery caught 3 passes on Sunday for 26 yards.

Afterward, Giants safety Antrel Rolle joined Benigno & Roberts to recap a sack-heavy home win over the Chicago Bears.
"I can't even explain what it was like in the secondary watching... it was like watching a freak show," Rolle said. "Our line was awesome."
Rolle took one thing out of watching the game tape - Bears QB Jay Cutler had no chance to succeed.
According to Rolle, "after watching the film yesterday, honestly, there was no way he could throw the ball. It was crazy watching the film, it really was."
The Giants take to the road this week to visit the 3-1 Houston Texans.
"We're going to come in with the same attitude and the same approach."
