Off-Duty NYPD Officer Shot, Wounded In Brooklyn
NEW YORK (CBSNewYork) -- An off-duty police officer was shot and wounded Tuesday night in New Lots, Brooklyn, police said.
The officer was shot around 10:20 p.m. at 737 Bradford St. in Brooklyn, police told WCBS 880. The officer was taken to Brookdale University Hospital, police said.
The officer's condition was described as stable, sources told 1010 WINS.
As of late Tuesday night, no arrests had been made and police were still searching for suspects, WCBS 880 reported.
A large police presence was set up near the scene late Tuesday night.
