NYPD Seeks Suspect In Connection With 1992 Brooklyn Murder
NEW YORK(CBSNewYork) -- The NYPD has asked the public for help in tracking down a man wanted in connection with a murder that took place in 1992.
On July 28, 1992, shortly after 10 p.m., Henderson Griffith, 23, was shot in the chest at the corner of Strauss Street and Lott Avenue in the Brownsville section of Brooklyn.
He was taken to Brookdale University Hospital and Medical Center, where he was pronounced dead.
The suspect was identified as Wade Arthur, 42, who was 22 years old at the time of the killing. Arthur has been described as a black male, standing 5 feet 10 inches tall and weighing 175 pounds. He may have dreadlocks.
