NYPD Completes Renovation Of NYCHA Basketball Courts With $4 Million Seized From Drug Busts
NEW YORK (CBSNewYork) -- Makeovers are complete at public housing basketball courts throughout New York City.
The NYPD made it possible. The department helped renovate 15 courts, including the one for residents of the Richmond Terrace Houses on Staten Island.
Four million dollars from drug trafficking seizures went toward the upgrades.
