NYPD: Queens Man Killed In Early Morning Hit-And-Run
NEW YORK (CBSNewYork) -- Police are looking for a driver wanted in a hit-and-run crash that killed a man in Queens.
It happened around 12:30 a.m. at the intersection of Rockaway Boulevard and 137th Avenue.
Police said 65-year-old Carlos Carlo was crossing Rockaway Boulevard when he was hit by a dark-colored sedan that was heading north in the right lane.

The driver then sped off, police said. Carlo was taken to Jamaica Hospital where he later died.
Carlo's daughter, Melissa Martin, said her father had a heart condition and liked to take walks for exercise. She said he was just three blocks from home when he was hit.
"He ran away and left my daddy there to die," she told 1010 WINS' Mona Rivera. "I want the person who hit my daddy to pay."
Carlo was a retired limo driver. He had four children and seven grandchildren.
The investigation is ongoing.
