NYPD Offering $12,000 In Exchange For Information Related To Missing Staten Island Boy
NEW YORK (CBSNewYork) - The NYPD is offering a $12,000 reward in exchange for information leading to a Staten Island boy who vanished from a Brooklyn foster home two years ago.
Patrick Alford was 7 years old when he was last seen on January 22nd, 2010, near East New York's Spring Creek Development.
The boy's parents, who lost custody of him because of criminal charges. are suing the city for negligence.
