NYPD Makes Arrest In Queens Spa Rape
NEW YORK (CBSNewYork) – Police have arrested a man they said raped a woman at a Queens spa after showing up for a scheduled appointment.
The incident happened around 7:30 a.m. on Feb. 21 at a spa on Northern Boulevard.
When the man showed up for his appointment, he pulled out a gun and raped a 42-year-old woman in a back room, police said.
Luis Jessup, 37, of Queens is charged with rape, criminal sex act, menacing and criminal possession of a weapon.
