NYPD Looking For Two Men Wanted For String Of Armed Robberies
NEW YORK (CBSNewYork) - The NYPD is looking for two suspects in connection with three robberies, two of which took place in Brooklyn and the other in Queens.
In all three instances, spanning from March 26 to April 4, two men went into stores armed with guns and demanded money, police said. The victims complied every time, and the men left each scene with an unspecified amount of cash, authorities confirmed.
The first incident took place at the MetroPCS store on Church Avenue in Brooklyn, the second occurred at the Mobile Wireless Champs store on Liberty Avenue in Queens and the final one was again at a MetroPCS store, this time on Flatbush Avenue in Brooklyn, police said.
The alleged perpetrators were caught on surveillance video at the MetroPCS store on Flatbush Avenue on April 4.
No injuries were reported at any of the burglary scenes, the NYPD confirmed.
