NJ TRANSIT Trains Back On Schedule After Facing 30 Minute Delays In/Out NYC
NEWARK, N.J. (CBSNewYork/AP) -- NJ TRANSIT trains are back on schedule in and out of Penn Station.
Northeast Corridor and North Jersey Coast Line trains were delayed up to 30 minutes and Midtown Direct trains were diverted to Hoboken for about an hour Tuesday.
CHECK: Traffic & Transit
NJ TRANSIT spokesman John Durso Jr. said the delays were caused because only one track was available in the South River tunnel because of Amtrak maintenance.
