NJ TRANSIT Trains Hit With Delays, Cancellations Due To Signal Problems
NEW YORK (CBSNewYork) -- Amtrak signal problems caused significant delays on some NJ TRANSIT lines Thursday night.
As of 10:50 p.m., all North Jersey Coast Line and Northeast Corridor trains leaving New York-Penn Station were subject to 60-90 minute delays because of Amtrak signal issues, NJ TRANSIT spokesman John Durso told WCBS 880.

NJ TRANSIT rail passes were being cross-honored on NJT buses, private bus carriers and PATH trains to deal with the delays and outages, Durso said.
There was no estimate for when service would be fully restored, Durso said.
Midtown Direct service was not being impacted by the signal issues, Durso added.
