Port Authority spokesman Steve Coleman says the crash occurred around 12:10 p.m. Wednesday when the bus driver apparently suffered a seizure as the bus approached the New York tunnel exit.
NJ Transit spokeswoman Courtney Carroll said about 25 passengers were aboard the No. 107 bus. None of them were injured.
Coleman says five people -- the bus driver, three people in a Mercedes Benz and one person in another vehicle that was struck -- were injured. Their injuries are not considered life-threatening.
The bus, which runs between South Orange and New York, was headed toward Manhattan.
