NJ Man Sues In Conn. Power Plant Explosion
BRIDGEPORT, CT (AP / WCBS 880) - A lawyer for a New Jersey man says he has filed a $6 million federal lawsuit over injuries his client suffered in a Connecticut power plant explosion that killed six people in February.

Attorney William Bloss says the lawsuit was filed Tuesday morning in U.S. District Court in Bridgeport on behalf of 52-year-old Nicholas Novik, of River Vale, N.J. Novik says he suffered head trauma and hearing loss.
The lawsuit names the Middletown plant owner Kleen Energy Systems; Torrington-based general contractor O&G Industries Inc.; Rowley, Mass.-based Keystone Construction & Maintenance Services Inc.; and Acworth, Ga.-based Bluewater Energy Solutions Inc.
Officials from the companies either declined comment or didn't return messages.
