Megan Ajello, 17, who suffers from cerebral palsy and scoliosis, was dispensing lemonade alongside her parents and New York Yankees general manager Brian Cashman on Thursday.
This came after the team surprised her at her Staten Island home with a brand new, custom-made, wheelchair accessible stand, from which she started her annual fundraiser and block party for the Special Olympics.
This was the latest event as part of the team's annual HOPE Week.
Ajello's mom Linda was nothing short of overwhelmed.
"She's not even in the Special Olympics. She's not even strong enough. So, the fact that they all came here to help support this is just amazing," Linda told WCBS 880 reporter Kelly Waldron.
Boone Logan was among the players on hand.
"It's an honor. You know, it's the least we can do," he said.
Buddy Valastro, the Cake Boss, along with actress Melissa Joan Hart, joined in the festivities which surpassed last year's numbers within the first half hour.
