New York Weather: 2/29 Saturday Forecast
By Mark McIntyre, CBS2 Meteorologist/Weather Producer
Today wrapped up quite a milder-than-normal February in a colder-than-normal way! Bitter breezes and even some snow flurries reminded us that we still are in winter! Skies will clear out overnight and temps will drop to the teens and 20s, with chills colder than that. Bundle up!
Tomorrow will be a slightly warmer finish to the weekend with temps in the upper 30s and low 40s, but still below normal. Thankfully, winds don't appear to be as much of a factor tomorrow compared to today.
The new work week will start off on a milder note with temps rising through the 50s and peaking on Wednesday near 60! Unfortunately, looks like we have more chances for rain during the mid-week, so make sure you know where your umbrella is!
