New Jersey Gasoline Prices Stay Stable
TRENTON, N.J. (AP) -- Motorists are still seeing stable prices at the pumps in New Jersey.
But AAA Mid-Atlantic warns that could soon change, citing the recent rally in crude oil prices.
The auto club says the average price of regular gasoline in the Garden State on Friday was $2.73, the same price its been for the past two weeks.
But that's higher than a year ago, when New Jersey motorists were paying $2.55.
Meanwhile, the national average price rose a penny to $2.82 on Friday. That's also higher than the national average from a year ago, which was $2.68.
