Nets Name Milton Lee GM of Minor League Operations

EAST RUTHERFORD, N.J. (AP) — The New Jersey Nets have made Milton Lee general manager of their minor league operations.

Nets general manager Billy King made the announcement Wednesday, saying Lee will oversee the basketball operations of the Nets' D League affiliate, the Springfield Armor. His duties will include selection of the team's head coach and coaching staff as well as assembling the roster for the upcoming season.

Lee had been the Nets' director of basketball operations.

Prior to joining the Nets, Lee ran his own basketball services company, working in various capacities with the NBA, teams and players. He has worked as a skills coach with several NBA players.
