NJ Transit Train Pulled From Tunnel Shortly After Leaving Penn Station
NEW YORK (CBSNewYork) -- An NJ Transit train was pulled out of a tunnel underneath the Hudson River and back into Penn Station on Friday night, after being stuck for around an hour.
There were roughly 800 passengers on the train, which left Penn Station shortly after 9 p.m. en route to Trenton along the Northeast Corridor Line.
The exact problem remained unclear, but NJ Transit said that it was likely a power issue.
All of the passengers were eventually put on another train, officials said.
