N.J. H.S. Student Tries To Make World Safer Place
SHORT HILLS, NJ (WCBS 880) - Danielle Flaum might seem a little idealistic, but at 17-years-old, she wants to change the world.
LISTEN: WCBS 880's Peter Haskell reports
Her target is Mahmoud Ahmadinejad, the president or Iran.
"I don't want to grow up where I'm afraid that a bomb is going to strike at any moment," Flaum told WCBS 880 reporter Peter Haskell.
That's why a year ago, she and some friends in Short Hills created nonukesforiran.org.
Flaum says, "One little voice, I'm only 17-years-old, but I have been affecting people and that if I keep continuing this I can continue to affect different people."

Danielle is hoping that means Iran will give up its nuclear program.
