MS Bike Ride, Pulaski Day Parade Prompt Road Closures Around Manhattan
NEW YORK (CBSNewYork) -- Events and parades throughout New York City Sunday will cause some road closures and traffic tie-ups.
Parts of the West Side Highway and the FDR Drive will be closed Sunday morning for the National Multiple Sclerosis Society's "Bike MS NYC 2011'' fundraiser.
The bike ride starts and finishes at Pier 94 located at 12th Avenue/West Side Highway and 54th Street.

Bicyclists can ride anywhere between 30 and 100 miles and it's all to raise money for New Yorkers living with Multiple sclerosis.

Starting at 12:30 Sunday afternoon is the 74th Annual Pulaski Day Parade that celebrates Polish heritage.
The theme of this year's parade is Polonia's Youth is America's Future and organizers say there will be many Polish-American groups and dignitaries marching in the parade.
It kicks off at Fifth Avenue at 39th Street and will end at Fifth Avenue at 53rd Street.
