Mom Convicted Of Pimping Out 15-Year-Old Daughter During Super Bowl Sentenced To 1-3 Years
NEW YORK (CBSNewYork) - A Florida woman who prostituted her young daughter during last year's Super Bowl was sentenced Tuesday to one to three years in prison.
As WCBS 880's Irene Cornell reported, Yolanda Ostoloza was sentenced after being convicted of promoting prostitution and endangering the welfare of a child for prostituting her barely 15-year-old daughter during the event, which took place at MetLife Stadium in East Rutherford, New Jersey, last year.

A criminal complaint filed against Ostoloza says she copped to the crime saying, "We came up here to work and make money with a pimp. I knew it was for escorting and prostitution. I thought my daughter was just going to do the fetish stuff," CBS Miami reported.
Prosecutor Rachel Ehrhardt scoffed when the defense argued Ostoloza was a tragic case, who did it because she was destitute and needed the money.
The prosecutor asked for a maximum sentence of four to 12 years, and while the judge gave a lesser sentence, the judge agreed Ostoloza was not a victim in any way, shape or form, Cornell reported.
As the judge pointed out, Ostoloza will have a felony conviction on her record for the rest of her life, will have to register as a sex offender for the next 20 years and has been ordered to say away from her daughter for eight years.
Sixteen juveniles forced into prostitution, including some teens who had been reported missing by their families, were rescued by the FBI in a two-week operation leading up to the Super Bowl, the agency said in February 2014.
Officials said the children ranged in age from 13 to 17 and were found in New York, New Jersey, Connecticut and Pennsylvania.
More than 50 women who were also forced to work as prostitutes were also rescued, and more than 45 pimps were arrested, according to authorities.
