HAUPPAUGE, N.Y. (CBSNewYork) -- One of the FBI's most wanted fugitives is now in custody.

Yvette Torres, 49, surrendered to authorities at Kennedy Airport earlier this month, authorities said.

Torres is accused of kidnapping her 2-year-old daughter a dozen years ago and taking the child to Spain.

She has been charged with international parental kidnapping.
