Miss P Celebrates 'Best In Show' Win At Westminster With Some Steak
NEW YORK (CBSNewYork) -- Miss P, the beagle that took home "Best in Show" at the Westminster Kennel Club dog show, is celebrating her win with a nice juicy steak.
On Wednesday, the 4-year-old beagle stopped by Sardi's in Manhattan where she was fed a plate of steak by restaurant president V. Max Klimavicius and met fashion designer Michael Kors.

The dog also visited the top of the Empire State Building with her handler William Alexander where the two got the paparazzi treatment.
Handler told CBS2's Meg Baker that Miss P has been loving the attention and that he knew from a young age that she would win Westminster.
"When she was little I said I was going to win Westminster with her," he said.
Miss P is related to Uno, the only other beagle to win top honors at the nation's most prominent dog show.

Miss P, a tri-color beagle weighing about 30 pounds, was crowned champion in a dog show world shocker, beating six other finalists selected from nearly 3,000 competitors.
Alexander said her next stop will be home to look for love.
"Go home eventually and look for a husband for her," he said.
Miss P's owners said that she plans to retire from competition now that she has the crown.
