Mets' Jerry Manuel On The FAN
NEW YORK (WFAN) -- Mets manager Jerry Manuel joined WFAN's Mike Francesa to talk about his team's play, and the recent rift between himself and Joe Torre.
"The point was, when you're in a job and you're managing, two things you don't do. You don't comment on somebody that has that position or you don't comment on how somebody runs their team," Manuel said. "That's just kind of an unwritten rule."

Torre told Mike Francesa on Monday that he is "curious" about managing the Mets in 2011. Torre has since apologized for the comment.
