Manhole Fire Halts Traffic On Upper West Side
NEW YORK (CBSNewYork) -- A manhole fire stopped traffic Friday on the Upper West Side of Manhattan.
Crews arrived just before 10 a.m. to find smoke pouring from the manhole at the intersection of Broadway and W. 64th Street.
No one was injured and Con Ed says there's been no outages reported in the area.
Crews were still on the scene as of noon.
