Man Shot, Killed In Broad Daylight Near Van Wyck Expressway In Queens
NEW YORK (CBSNewYork) -- A man was shot multiple times and killed in broad daylight Tuesday in Queens.
Around 3 p.m. Tuesday, police were called to Atlantic Avenue at the Van Wyck Expressway, on the cusp of Richmond Hill and Jamaica, Queens.
They found a 28-year-old man with gunshot wounds to the head, torso and limbs, police said.
The man was rushed to Jamaica Hospital Center, where he was pronounced dead, police said.
The man's identity was being withheld pending family notification late Tuesday.
As of late Tuesday, there had been no arrests and the investigation continued.
