Man Dies In Bronx Apartment Fire
NEW YORK (1010 WINS) -- A man was found dead Monday morning at the scene of an apartment fire in the Bronx.
The incident happened just before 5 a.m. at 520 E. 149th Street in the Mott Haven section of the borough.
Police said the man was found unconscious and unresponsive after the fire was extinguished. He was pronounced dead at the scene.
The medical examiner will determine the cause of death.
The investigation is ongoing. The fire was not believed to be suspicious, officials said.
