Man Charged With Robbing Same Pharmacy Twice On Long Island
DEER PARK, N.Y. (CBSNewYork) -- A Long Island man was arrested Monday for allegedly robbing the same CVS pharmacy twice in Deer Park.
Richard Dombroff, 22, was charged with first- and third-degree robbery in connection with the pair of incidents. Dombroff, of Dix Hills, turned himself in to Suffolk County police on Monday.
In the first incident, Dombroff allegedly walked into the CVS drugstore at 1944 Deer Park Ave. in Deer Park, jumped over the counter, and forcibly stole an unspecified amount and variety of prescription medication on Sept. 22, police said.
He allegedly did the very same thing at the same drugstore on Oct. 6, police said.
Dombroff was set to appear for an arraignment in Suffolk County First District Court on Tuesday.
