Man Attacked With Screwdriver In Times Square
NEW YORK (CBS 2) -- A street performer has been charged in connection with the stabbing of a tour bus ticket seller in Times Square Thursday evening.
The street performer is accused of attacking the CitySights NY worker with a screw driver in front of the Toys 'R Us store around 7:30 p.m.
The ticket seller was stabbed in the arm and treated at Bellevue Hospital, police said.
The street performer ran off, but was arrested a short time later.
No word yet on what led to the attack.
