Dutchess County police have already charged 44-year-old Arthur Fisher with grand larceny after being accused of stealing $1.9 million from Vassar College construction projects between 2008 and 2010.
Now, he could face charges in Westchester County for having dozens of guns and law enforcement IDs, including FBI, ATF, NYPD and DEA badges and credentials with his name and photograph, in his home.
Police are working to determine if the guns are licensed. Officials said Fisher has an obsession with law enforcement and the items could just be part of his collection.
The Journal News reports Fisher is friendly with members of the local police force and has a relative who is a former police chief in New Jersey.
